While browsing Drudge Report I found this story out of the U.K. (no, not Univ. of Kentucky, you b-ball nuts!) about a late-term abortion performed because the baby had a cleft lip. A CLEFT LIP! A simple operation will fix the defect and few will notice afterward. There is at least some rationale in abortions for reason of serious disease or malformation of the baby -- though I don't condone ANY abortion. But an abortion performed because of cosmetic malformation like a cleft lip is unconscionable.!

The article focuses on the abortion's late-term nature and completely glosses over the evil reason for the abortion. Pray for the world. Pray that there consciences will be restored. There are few things more evil than the taking of another's life for mere convenience. Pray!
